For years now, the mainstream press, the diet “gurus”, and even the Government have misled and misinformed the people on the subjects of diet, fat loss and appropriate levels of intervention when dealing with overweight and obese people. Whether it is born out of ignorance or something else, we think that the misinformation has gone far enough.
Professionals in the fitness field, specifically bodybuilding, have tried and true methods for shedding massive amounts of body fat in record times. These methods come from literally generations of testing and experimentation by bodybuilders of every stripe, sex and class.
Bodybuilders are the experts on fat loss. Period. Wouldn’t it be simple logic then to seek out their advice and help?
This site is dedicated to all the frustrated dieters out there that will learn there is another way. There is a way to be successful in your desire for a lean fit body, but you have to stop listening to the pathetic, tired old low fat tripe that comes out of the mouths of so called experts. We will present many different types of diet styles here. Most will come from or have origins in the bodybuilding world, but they all have one thing in common, they all work for shedding fat.
Most people call it “weight loss” but we know that what you need to lose is the fat, not the water weight and certainly not the muscle. We believe that everyone should be informed about the right way to get rid of body fat. We are not doctors and nothing we write here is or should be construed as medical advice.
